Before you start looking at properties, have a budget in mind. Most importantly, know the top price that you can afford. There’s no sense wasting your time looking at properties that are out of your reach; otherwise, if you buy an apartment that’s clearly out of your league, you’ll come to regret your purchase the day after. Nothing’s more mentally destructive than continuing to look at properties for sale after you’ve made up your mind. As soon as you’ve found your ideal apartment and placed a deposit down, stop looking. Instead, focus on your new place and how great it will be once you’ve moved in. |
